Terms and conditions of participation and data protection
bm – bildung in medienberufen GmbH, Sachsenring 79, 50677 Cologne, Germany is organising an Instagram competition for the School of Games, in which the following prizes can be won: 500 Euros + Adobe CC License (12 months) for the winner, 300 Euros + Adobe CC Photo License (12 months) for the runner-up and 150 Euros + Adobe CC Photo License (12 months) for third place. The minimum age for participation is 16.
Partaking is only possible from the 02.03.2022 until the 24.04.2022. Among all participants, place 1 – 3 will be selected by a panel of judges and place 4 – 10 are randomly chosen and be announced on the Open Day (14.05.2022) in Cologne as much as online. Bm – bildung in medienberufen GmbH, Sachsenring 79, 50677 Cologne, Germany processes your personal data ( Surname, first name, e-mail, address, date of birth, Instagram account) for the purpose of drawing the winning entries and, in case of selection, for advertising purposes. The legal basis is your consent according to to Art. 6I a), 7, EU DSGVO, and § 7 II Nr. 3, UWG. You are not obliged to accept marketing material when participating in the competition. If you are not yet 16 years old, your parents / your guardian must have given their consent. In this case, please contact us directly. Under these circumstances, you cannot give your legally valid consent. By entering your personal data, you confirm that you would like to participate in the competition voluntarily and, where applicable, that you would like to receive marketing material from bm – bildung in medienberufen, Cologne, sent to the e-mail address you have provided and that you are identical with the sender.
Any other transmission, for example to other countries does not take place. Your data will only be stored as long as necessary for the processing of the competition, or providing that you wish to receive our marketing material. You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, a right of objection, a right to data portability and a right to withdraw your consent. In the event of a revocation, you will no longer receive any further marketing information from us. In these cases, it is best to contact us via e-mail on info@medienberufe.de. You will be sent a reply upon receipt of your mail. If you believe that we do not process your personal data properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Teilnahmebedingungen und Datenschutz
Die bm – bildung in medienberufen GmbH, Sachsenring 79, 50677 Köln veranstaltet für die School of Games ein Instagram-Gewinnspiel, bei dem es 500 Euro + ein Adobe CC Abo (12 Monate) für den Gewinner, 300 Euro + ein Adobe CC Photo Abo (12 Monate) für den Zweit- und 150 Euro + ein Adobe CC Photo Abo (12 Monate) für den Drittplatzierten zu gewinnen gibt. Platz 4 – 10 erhalten jeweils ein Preisgeld von 40 Euro. Das Mindestalter für die Teilnahme ist 16 Jahre.
Die Teilnahme ist nur in der Zeit vom 02.03. bis 24.04.2022 möglich. Unter allen Teilnehmern werden die drei ersten Plätze von einer Jury gewählt. Platz 4 bis 10 wird nach dem Zufallsprinzip ermittelt und am Tag der offenen Tür (14.05.2022) vor Ort und online bekannt gegeben. Die bm – bildung in medienberufen GmbH, Sachsenring 79, 50677 Köln verarbeitet Ihre personenbezogenen Daten (Nachname, Vorname, Email, Adresse, Geburtsdatum, Instagram-Account) zum Zwecke der Ziehung und gegebenenfalls bei entsprechender Auswahl zu Werbung. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Ihre Einwilligung gemäß Art 6I a), 7, EU DSGVO, sowie § 7 II Nr.3, UWG. Sie sind bei Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel nicht zur Abnahme von Marketingmaterialien verpflichtet. Sind Sie noch nicht 16 Jahre alt, muss zwingend eine Einwilligung Ihrer Eltern / Vormund vorliegen. Bitte nehmen Sie in diesem Fall direkt Kontakt zu uns auf. Sie selbst können in diesem Fall keine rechtsgültige Einwilligung abgeben. Mit der Eingabe Ihrer personenbezogenen Daten bestätigen Sie, dass Sie an dem Gewinnspiel freiwillig teilnehmen wollen und gegebenenfalls zukünftig Marketingmaterialien der bm – bildung in medienberufen an die übermittelte E-Mail-Adresse zugesendet erhalten möchten, und dass Sie mit der absendenden Person identisch sind. Eine sonstige Übermittlung z.B. in andere Länder findet nicht statt.
Ihre Daten werden nur solange gespeichert, wie sie für die Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels notwendig sind, bzw. Sie die Zusendung unserer Marketingmaterialien wünschen. Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, auf Berichtigung, auf Löschung, auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, ein Widerspruchsrecht, ein Recht auf Datenübertragbarkeit, sowie ein Recht auf Widerruf Ihrer Einwilligung.
